Please consult this calendar before setting deadlines, sending emails, or scheduling events such as book signings, launches, interviews, etc., for your project.

Staff is unavailable during these dates, and all services are suspended while our offices are closed. When our offices are closed, additional fees for work performed at your request will be incurred. You will be billed accordingly, and no projects will be released without a zero balance on your account. You may remit payment here on or before your due date to avoid additional late fees.

 

If our offices are closed due to emergencies such as, but not limited to, inclement weather, power outages, etc., we will notify you via email as soon as possible. We may also post a notice on the website's home page.
